Every night is indeed ladies night and especially tonight we plan to kick off our heels, cosy up in comfies and chill out with our girls, does that mean we can’t drink fabulous cocktails? Frankly I cannot think of a better idea 🙂
So that nobody gets left out on your girls night in, this weeks #callitaweek cocktail recipe is a batch cocktail.
Ingredients: (serves 6-8)
1 carton of fresh strawberries
2 fresh peaches
1 750ml bottle of Moscato sparkling rose
1 Lime
Equipment:
1 blender
1 strainer
6 -8 chilled champagne flutes
Method:
Core your peaches and cut into chunks
Put all of your ingredients into your blender, with ice,
Squeeze in your lime,
Blend for 15 seconds or so, to a consistency you are happy with
Strain into your champagne flutes,
Feel free to garnish your glasses with any remaining fruit.
Easy peasy and really delicious.
